Subscription terms

The current prices, in your currency and including any taxes, are shown in the App Store and in the app before you buy. What each plan includes is described in the app and on our website; we may add features to a plan at any time.

The Family plan starts with a 14-day free trial if your Apple Account is eligible (Apple generally allows one trial per subscription group). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription and the first payment is charged. If you cancel during the trial, you may lose access to paid features straight away.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, using the payment method in your Apple Account. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). We never see your card details; we receive only the plan, a transaction ID and the renewal dates. Apple's Media Services Terms also apply to the purchase.

• On your phone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Earbunny → Cancel Subscription.
• Or in the App Store app: your profile picture → Subscriptions.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge. You keep paid features until the period you paid for ends.
• Deleting the app or your Earbunny account does not cancel the subscription. Only Apple can cancel it.

Because Apple handles payment, refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help: write to support [at] earbunny.app. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If we change the price of a subscription, Apple tells you in advance. Where Apple's rules or your local law require, the higher price applies only after you agree; if you do not agree, the subscription ends at the end of the current period. You can always cancel before a new price applies.

The Family plan is bought by a parent and covers up to 5 people linked to that parent in Earbunny (for example children paired with a code and a second parent). They do not need their own subscription. Whether the subscription can also be shared through Apple's Family Sharing is shown on the App Store page before you buy.

• When a paid subscription or trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan.
• History older than 7 days is hidden, not deleted. It comes back if you subscribe again, as far as it is still within our retention periods (daily summaries are kept until the account is deleted).
• Features that need a paid plan pause until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted because of a downgrade.
• To delete data, use Settings → Delete account or remove a member.

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because Apple sells the subscription, you use this right through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

When you start a subscription you ask for the service to begin immediately. For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once supply has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost; for a digital service you may have to pay for the part already provided. Apple's own cancellation policy may give you more, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği, Art. 15), there is no right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı) for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly, or for services started with your consent before the withdrawal period ends.
